This adapter plate is for a 2003-2009 Cummins® Common Rail for use with the following Ford® transmissions:
- 2003-2010 Ford 6.0L Diesel 5R110W Automatic
- 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Diesel 5R110W Automatic
Item includes engine to transmission billet aluminum adapter plate, mounting hardware, and installation instructions.
This adapter plate does require our DCS flexplate, SKU #1235 (purchased separately).

- Starter from a 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L or 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L diesel
Installation and use information:

- No grinding of the transmission is needed
- A custom built torque converter is an optional upgrade but NOT required
- Minimal and insignificant grinding of the Cummins block is required, but this does not ruin the Cummins engine block core value
