This radiator hose kit is for use with 1989-2002 Cummins® 12-Valve or 24-Valve engines in 1994-1997 Ford® 7.3L Power Stroke® diesel trucks using the stock Ford radiator that has the upper hose connection on the driver side.
The Cummins engine must have a new style thermostat housing and A/C bracket (see our Cummins Engine Information webpage for more information).
