This Billet Aluminum Bracket is designed to hold a stock Cummins 12 Valve Crank Sensor. Mounts on timing cover where a stock bracket would have been. This bracket is necessary in 12 valve conversions in which a tach signal is needed and a stock bracket is not present. Designed to replace Cummins part number 3924433
