Kit includes engine to transmission adapter plate and VW TDI ALH engine side only mounts.
Adapter plate to mate a R150 Toyota transmission to a 1998-2003 Volkswagen ALH TDI Engine. The adapter plate has dowel pins for proper alignment. A Toyota starter is utilized and placement is changed to the passenger side of the engine. Also included is a crank spacer to ensure proper starter to flywheel engagement. Does not require drilling or balancing of the flywheel.
This kit is intended to be used on R150 manual transmissions that would have been paired with the 3.4l engine 5VZ-FE. The R150 is known to have a short and a long input shaft. This kit is designed for the longer input shaft length relative to the bell housing mounting surface.
