This adapter plate is designed to adapt 1989-2002 Cummins® 12-Valve and 24-Valve engines to a Dodge® transmission.
Machined from 6061 billet aluminum.

- NV4500 Manual Transmission (1994-2005; V10 Gas & Diesel)
- G56 (2005-2018)
- NV5600: Will need to pair with DCS starter spacer SKU 2669 (sold separately)
