This harness is designed to make your 1998.5 to early-2000 Cummins® 24-Valve engine run in your Ford® 6.4L converted truck. The harness comes pre-wired for a SwapHelper.com Tach Helper, Cummins ECM, OBD-II port (requires a professional scan tool to communicate).
Harness includes wiring for the following:
- Requires the use of SwapHelper.com Tach Helper
- Includes necessary sensor wiring to allow engine to run outside of Dodge® chassis
- Includes Cummins can bus connector and OBD-II connector for diagnostics and tuners (requires a professional scan tool to communicate and read/clear codes)
- Works with auto and manual ECM's
- Does not include starting circuit
- Does not work with Edge brand tuners
The harness is wired for the following:
- Crank/cam position
- MAP sensor
- Intake air temp
- Coolant temp
- Oil pressure
- Lift pump
- APPS
- VP44 pump wiring
- Connector for interface to DCS modified 6.4L harness
- Grid heater (requires original solenoids)
