Kit includes engine to transmission adapter plate and VW TDI ALH engine side only mounts.
This adapter plate mates the Toyota® R150 transmission to a Volkswagen® 1.9L or 2.0L TDI® engine (see below for engine names).
Includes:
- Steel crankshaft spacer
- Dowel pins
- Starter spacer
- Hardware to bold the adapter plate and crankshaft spacer to the engine
Designed to be used with a Toyota starter and placement is changed to the passenger side of the engine. Does not require drilling or balancing of the flywheel.
This kit is intended to be used on R150 manual transmissions that would have been paired with the 3.4L engine 5VZ-FE. The R150 is known to have a short and a long input shaft. This kit is designed for the longer input shaft length relative to the bell housing mounting surface.
