This thermostat housing, or water neck as they are also called, points toward the driver side of the engine. It is the same water neck that is commonly found on 1994-1998 Dodge Cummins engines and is the style you need if your upper radiator hose connects to the driver side of the radiator. New thermostat and seals are included.
